Special training at the KOLBUS Training Centre
|

|
Within the framework of a comprehensive service initiative, KOLBUS now offers training courses imparting to the participants extensive special knowledge with regard to the 8,000 cycles/h perfect binding machine line. The target groups include operators, foremen and master craftsmen already having knowledge in machine operation.
And this is our special offer:
• Per person Euro 330.-- per day. A 50 % rebate is granted for each additional participant from the same customer. Max. four to six participants
per course.
• Individual training Euro 600.-- per day. When booking this option, no
further participants are admitted.
For testing and learning purposes, the customer's own materials are highly welcome, knowing, however, that dependent on the number of participants and the quantity of available material, not all of such material might actually always be used. Please co-ordinate your requirements and dates with Mr Udo Beitans, head of the KOLBUS Information and Training Centre. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require further training.

Quality relevant settings on the KM 473
Which settings have an effect on what? Binding trials with subsequent pull test, glue penetration into the block, gluing of the first and last page, edge quality of the book spine, etc. Duration: Three days
Quality relevant settings on the HD 153.P/150.B
Tips and tricks for accurately cut products, optimum pressing block preparation. Avoidance of markings, etc.

Full use of setting possibilities so far not utilised

Your machine foreman was trained by another machine foreman who in turn was trained by an operator? Training by KOLBUS personnel never took place or only under time and production pressure? Was your staff unable to remember all details mentioned during the intensive initial training? We will show your personnel all setting possibilities the machine line offers to produce optimum quality. Less frequently used settings are often forgotten during the training by colleagues or even during daily routine.

Basic setting ZU 841/KM 473/HD 153.P
Mechanical basic settings, electrical couplings and settings, realising the reasons why these have to be done that way. Question round: ›I always wanted to know ...‹, ›What is the purpose of the supplied CD?‹ etc.
