Our main office hours, where we can be reached via all conventional media, are Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. CET (Central European Time). Furthermore, technical customer service and spare parts service are available for you around the clock.
We have more than 100 service technicians, who have been intensively trained in the latest know-how, on duty around the world, half of these in our subsidiaries and agencies. Generally English speaking and in some cases, multi-lingual, our technicans have been trained for a minimum of seven years, during which the most varied special knowledge areas have been integrated (e.g. soft or hardcover production).
